She seems all at once to embody a naive girl with all the delusions of cinema romance and a rebellious young woman getting an education in the vices of everyday life. She’s beautiful and carefully styled by some team of geniuses and we think her youthful retro feminine look is as envious as it is timeless.

Marilyn At The Pageant Theatre
Playing this week at the Pageant in Chico: My Week With Marilyn starring Michelle Williams. Set in London, the movie tells the story of an off-camera relationship between Marilyn and a young film student, Colin (Eddie Redmayne), while she is filming “The Prince and the Showgirl”. Go there. See it.
